Meridius Medical – quick guide to our new website

1. Log in

  1. Click the person icon at the top right.
  2. Use the same email and password as before.
  3. Forgot it? Click "Lost your password?" and follow the email.

2. Find products

  1. Type a name or code (e.g. DB106) in the search bar.
  2. Or open "Our Brands" to see all sizes.
  3. New needles: "Current Highlights".

3. Order

  1. Choose width and length, then quantity.
  2. Click "Add to cart", then the cart at the top right.
  3. "Proceed to checkout", choose payment, "Place order".

4. Order again & track

  1. My account → Orders → View.
  2. Click "Order again" – products go back in the cart.
  3. Tracking code comes by email.

5. Business prices

  1. Menu "Business Account" → Small Business or Wholesale.
  2. Apply online, upload the signed contract.
  3. After approval, your prices show automatically.

6. Good to know

  1. Free Shipping Day: Fridays, orders from €100.
  2. Pay by card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  3. EU business: enter your VAT number at checkout.
