    Do I need a new account?
    No. Your account is the same. Log in with the same email and password as before. If you do not remember your password, reset it here.
    I forgot my password. What do I do?
    Go to My account, click "Lost your password?", enter your email and click the link in the email we send you (please also check your spam folder).
    Where are my old orders and addresses?
    They are saved. Log in and open My account → Orders or Addresses.
    How do I order the same products again?
    My account → Orders → open a completed order with "View" → click "Order again". All products go back into your cart and you can change the quantities.
    Where do I see my business or wholesale prices?
    Log in. Your prices show automatically on every product and in the cart. If you do not see them, please contact us and we will check your account.
    How do I find the right needle size?
    Open Our Brands for all sizes per brand, or open a product and choose width and length. The price and stock update when you choose.
    Can I search by product code?
    Yes. Type the code (for example DB106 or ME132) in the search bar at the top. Results appear while you type.
    Which payment methods can I use?
    Credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Business customers with agreed terms pay as agreed with us.
    How fast is delivery?
    We ship with DHL and GLS. Orders leave our warehouse within 2 working days, and most arrive 24–48 hours later. You get a tracking code by email.
    When is shipping free?
    On our Free Shipping Day, every Friday, for orders from €100.
    I am a business in the EU. Where do I enter my VAT number?
    At checkout. There is a field for your VAT number on the checkout page.
    Can I return a product?
    Yes, within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
    Can I order by phone?
    We do not take payments by phone, so orders are placed here in the online shop. Our team is happy to help you by phone or email while you order.
