Your log-in, your orders and our team are the same. Choose how you want to get to know the new website:

1. Log in
- Click the person icon at the top right.
- Use the same email and password as before.
- Forgot it? Click "Lost your password?" and follow the email.
2. Find products
- Type a name or code (e.g. DB106) in the search bar.
- Or open "Our Brands" to see all sizes.
- New needles: "Current Highlights".
3. Order
- Choose width and length, then quantity.
- Click "Add to cart", then the cart at the top right.
- "Proceed to checkout", choose payment, "Place order".
4. Order again & track
- My account → Orders → View.
- Click "Order again" – products go back in the cart.
- Tracking code comes by email.
5. Business prices
- Menu "Business Account" → Small Business or Wholesale.
- Apply online, upload the signed contract.
- After approval, your prices show automatically.
6. Good to know
- Free Shipping Day: Fridays, orders from €100.
- Pay by card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- EU business: enter your VAT number at checkout.
