What is the connection between MERIDIUS and DONGBANG?
MERIDIUS Medical GmbH is the sole exclusive importer of DONGBANG in Europe. We supply practitioners, clinics and distributors across Europe with acupuncture, TCM and physiotherapy products.
Are MERIDIUS and DONGBANG ACUPRIME the same company?
No. MERIDIUS and DONGBANG ACUPRIME are sister companies under the same umbrella. MERIDIUS supplies practitioners, clinics and distributors across Europe; DONGBANG ACUPRIME focuses on acupuncture products and practitioners. MERIDIUS is the exclusive importer and main supplier of DONGBANG needles and products throughout Europe.
Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not take payments by phone, so all orders are placed here in our online shop. If you need help with an order, our team is happy to help by phone or email.
How soon will I receive my parcel?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days. Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. From time to time we run free-shipping promotions, such as our Free Shipping Day. The current conditions are always shown on our homepage banners.
What shipping companies do you use?
We ship across Europe with trusted partners such as DHL and GLS. You will receive a tracking code by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
How to return an unopened item?

How do I return a faulty item?
First of all, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. If you have opened the item and noticed that it’s faulty, please get in touch with our team to discuss the issue at eu@meridiusmedical.com.
What trade shows do you attend?
Each year we attend a variety of different trade shows. However, we always attend MEDICA, the world forum for medicine, held in Düsseldorf, Germany. If you would like to book a meeting with us at MEDICA, please get in touch with our team at eu@meridiusmedical.com.
